Refining goals and objectives, enhancing board participation, increasing capacity, and managing best practices are a few of the core building blocks of an efficient and effective organization. This interactive session intends to help organizations understand and leverage core competencies of nonprofit planning and management. Participants will draft outlines for their coalitions to create tailored work systems/plans toward improving current practices.
